The Canadian Nutrition Society (CNS) is hosting its upcoming Thematic Conference, “Advances in Research & Practice – Non-nutritive sweeteners & health,” on January 27, 2024, in downtown Toronto. For those who cannot attend in person, CNS is pleased to offer virtual attendance via live streaming for both individuals and groups.
Non-nutritive sweeteners (NNS) are increasingly prevalent in food and beverages, while their health effects are still controversial and debated. This one-day conference will bring together renowned expert speakers, who will present the most recent evidence and insights on NNS and health. You will learn about topics such as metabolism, dietary guidance, microbiome, chronic diseases, and public health implications.
