51st Annual Meeting and Academic Symposium of the Taiwan Nutrition Society
The Taiwan Nutrition Society is hosting their 51st Annual Meeting and Academic Symposium on the 2nd and 3rd May at Chang Gung University of Science and Technology.
This upcoming nutrition and public health conference promises to be a significant event for researchers, practitioners, and students in the field. The event will kick off on Friday, May 2, with an opening and welcome speech by Chairman Zhao Zhenrui. This will be followed by a series of insightful presentations by esteemed Professors Pan Wenhan, Zeng Mingshu, Luo Feili, and Chen Xinren, who will cover a range of topics related to nutrition and public health. These presentations are expected to set the stage for rich discussions and knowledge sharing.
Saturday, May 3, will begin with an opening ceremony and a keynote speech by the renowned Professor Martha Belury, whose pre-recorded address will delve into a critical area of nutrition research. The day will also feature an awards ceremony recognizing excellence in the field, with six major awards being presented by the society. Poster presentations and competitions will provide an opportunity for emerging scholars to showcase their research, fostering engagement and collaboration among participants.
The day’s activities will continue with Academic Symposium II, featuring presentations by Professors Mark L. Wahlqvist, Guo Huaren, Yang Ruiyu, and Liu Mingyi. Their talks will focus on sustainable diets and public health nutrition, addressing some of the most pressing issues in contemporary nutritional science.
