Nutrition Society of Malaysia 40th Annual Scientific Conference
The Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM) will organise its 40th Annual Scientific Conference on 29–30 July 2025 at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. With the theme “Advancing Nutrition for a Healthier Malaysia: Bridging Science, Policy, and Practice,” this milestone event will provide a platform for sharing current research and exploring practical solutions to Malaysia’s nutrition challenges.
The conference programme will feature plenary lectures, six symposia, and oral and poster abstract presentations. Topics will cover public health nutrition, non-communicable disease prevention, sustainable diets, child and maternal nutrition, and food systems transformation. The event aims to unite researchers, health professionals, policymakers, and industry representatives to foster cross-sector collaboration.
NSM will invite participants to submit abstracts from 1 March 2025 until 15 May 2025. Early bird registration will close on 31 May 2025. The conference is expected to attract over 300 local and international attendees.
