The Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN) is pleased to announce its 56th Annual Scientific Conference and General Meeting (EKO 2026), scheduled to take place from 13th to 18th September 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria.

With the theme “Delivering Better Nutrition for All: Connecting the Dots Across Life Cycle, Systems, and Sectors,” the conference will convene a diverse range of stakeholders, including researchers, academics, policymakers, development partners, and private sector actors from across the globe. The conference aims to promote knowledge exchange, strengthen partnerships, and advance evidence-based solutions to current nutrition challenges.

Key thematic areas include transforming food systems, advancing precision nutrition, improving clinical nutrition practice, fostering multi-sectoral collaboration, and addressing nutrition needs across all stages of life. These sessions are designed to encourage integrated and sustainable approaches to tackling malnutrition in all its forms.

NSN places strong emphasis on international participation and collaboration, and therefore warmly invites organizations, institutions, and professionals worldwide to register and actively engage in the conference.
