The September 2024 issue of the Micronutrient Forum Newsletter is now live.

The Micronutrient Forum is dedicated to “Turning evidence into collective action,” a commitment reflected in their regional convenings. These gatherings unite researchers, technical experts, and program implementers from various countries, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration to determine regional priorities for evidence-based nutrition initiatives. Led by the Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Consortium (HMHB), this approach has already seen success with regional meetings on maternal nutrition and multiple micronutrient supplementation (MMS) in Asia (2022) and Africa (2023).

In this newsletter, we continue building on this momentum by highlighting the recent Africa regional anaemia data meeting and sharing details about upcoming meetings on maternal nutrition and MMS (October), and complementary foods (November). These events are strategically planned to spotlight key nutrition issues ahead of the 2025 Nutrition for Growth Summit, influencing policy and investment decisions.
