The FINUT Third Summer Course will be held in Parque de las Ciencias, Granada, Spain on July 13-15.

As it has been successfully doing over the last three years, this course is aimed to broaden knowledge about healthy lifestyles and it is intended for health, physical activity, and nutrition researchers and students, this year the course will be focused on different topics; for example:

-The properties and nutritional value of different food groups as (cereals and legumes, fruits and vegetables, fish meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, fats and oils).

-The most recent dietary and physical activity guidelines for Spain.

-Nutrition facts in food package.  Valuable information about food labels the consumer should know.

-A workshop about the management of motivation in the obesity treatment.

-And the recreational and physical activities that characterize this summer course.
