Governance
IUNS is led by its Council, elected every four years by our global network of Adhering Bodies. This democratic process ensures our leadership reflects the diversity and expertise of the international nutrition science community.
The Council sets direction, oversees resources, and works with members and partners worldwide to advance nutrition science and promote collaboration across regions and disciplines. The IUNS Council is formed of five (5) Officers and six (6) Council Members who are nominated and elected by the IUNS General Assembly.
