Advanced Course in Dietary Assessment Methods
The University of Aberdeen are pleased to announce the fourth Advanced Course in Dietary Assessment Methods.
The course is designed for researchers, dietetic and nutritional practitioners and those who would like to further their training in dietary assessment methods.
Course Themes – from theory to practice:
- Dietary assessment methods
- Food composition databases
- Interpreting and evaluating dietary data
- Future of dietary assessment
- Dietary biomarkers
This course has been developed and run by The University of Aberdeen dietary assessment team who are a group with a wide range of experience including staff from the Public Health Nutrition Research Group, and the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health.
This is endorsed by the Association for Nutrition.
